It’s been a pretty boring offseason for the Dallas Cowboys. The only major improvement to the team are the return of Tony Romo and Dez Bryant from injury. Aside from that there hasn’t been much to talk about from the Cowboys camp. Tony Romo makes the difference between the Cowboys being an average team and a contending team. To do that he’s going to need his top wide receiver back, a good run game and a solid defense. I want to take this time to glance over the issues with the Cowboys defense. The biggest concerns with the Cowboys defense is the suspensions. Demarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory will be suspended the first four games of the season. Lawerence lead the team in the sacks last season and Gregory showed flashes of being a very good edge rusher in his rookie season.
